The bread recipe

As I promised in my last post, here is my very simple bread recipe:

250g integral flour

250g rye flour

7g dry yeast

pinch of salt (optional)

tea spoon of olive oil (or less if you want)

a glass of lukewarm water

Put everything in a bowl and mix it well until the dough starts to come together (you need to get that “doughy” texture). Watch out for the bits at the bottom of the bowl (use the spoon or a spatula) 😉

-Leave the dough for at least an hour to rise

-Preheat the oven to 200C

-Put a baking paper (you will put out the bread easier and it will be easier to clean later) on a tray or a mold (if you have one) then put a dough in it.

-Leave it to bake for about an hour (It depends how you like your bread to be – normal or more crispy).

Extra tip: If you want, you can put the bread out of the mold in a half of the process of baking so it bakes evenly crispy all around 🙂

Let me know how it turned out!
